SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

Shepherd Kin currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free on all eligible U.S. orders.

PRODUCTION TIME

Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted.

Production can take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, product shortages, or circumstances outside our control.

DELIVERY TIME

After production, standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days.

A typical order may therefore arrive approximately 4–12 business days after being placed. These estimates are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can sometimes take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Items in the same order may be produced by different facilities. As a result, products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. There is no additional customer shipping charge when an order is split.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has entered production or shipment, an address change might not be possible. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be replaced or resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Carrier delays can occur and are outside our direct control.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after shipment, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and available tracking information.
