RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Every Shepherd Kin product is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size or color
• Changing your mind
• Ordering the wrong product or quantity
• Minor differences between screen colors and the finished printed product

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the full product and the issue
• A photograph of the shipping package when relevant

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. You normally will not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after the order has entered production.

Please carefully check the product, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before completing checkout.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, additional production or shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
