Where does Shepherd Kin ship?

Shepherd Kin currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every Shepherd Kin product is made to order.

Production normally takes approximately 2–7 business days. After production, delivery generally takes around 2–5 business days.

Most orders should arrive approximately 4–12 business days after purchase. These are estimates and delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, holidays, or product shortages. Printify states that most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.

It can sometimes take additional time for the carrier’s tracking page to show movement after the shipping label is created.

Can products from the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Different items may be produced by different fulfillment facilities, so an order containing a T-shirt, sweatshirt, and mug may arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping when an order is split.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible at support@shepherdkin.com.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order enters production. Printify notes that certain changes may be requested after production begins, but they cannot guarantee that the request will be completed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every product is made specifically after it is ordered, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges because of:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Changing your mind
  • Entering an incorrect shipping address

Please carefully review your selection before completing checkout.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrectly printed?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shepherdkin.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs showing the entire product and the issue
  • A photograph of the shipping package when relevant

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. Printify supports a free reprint or refund for confirmed damage or manufacturing errors reported within 30 days with photo evidence.

How do I choose the correct clothing size?

Our T-shirts and sweatshirts use unisex sizing.

Choose your normal size for a relaxed everyday fit. Size up for a roomier or oversized fit. Please review the product’s size information before placing your order because we cannot offer exchanges when the wrong size is selected.

Are the product colors exactly the same as they appear on screen?

We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, screen settings and the printing process can cause slight differences between the online image and the finished product.

Are Shepherd Kin products kept in stock?

No. Our products are printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer meaningful designs without keeping unnecessary inventory.
